How free credits & referrals work

Why it works this way

The whole point of this platform is practising with real applicants. A peer-to-peer interview only exists if there's another person on the other side — so the single most valuable thing here isn't a feature, it's the number of active applicants in the pool. The more people practising, the faster everyone gets matched and the better the practice gets.

We keep it free so cost is never the reason someone can't prepare. But running AI interviews and scoring isn't free for us. Rather than put up a paywall, we ask something more useful in return: help grow the community. When you bring in another applicant who actually practises, you've made the platform better for everyone — denser matching, more partners, more momentum — so we reward you with more AI credits. You improving the platform is worth more to it than a subscription would be.

Your free AI credits

These refill on a rolling 10-day window — not a fixed calendar reset. Each credit you spend comes back 10 days later, so there's always something replenishing rather than a hard wall until Monday. Live peer-to-peer practice is never limited — only the AI features draw from credits.

Earn more by inviting friends

1. Share your personal invite link — text it to a friend, or post it in your premed group.
2. They sign up through your link and complete their first practice (an AI station or a peer session).
3. You instantly get +2 AI stations and +2 AI scores — and they start with a boost too.

Earn from as many friends as you like — no limit. Bonus credits are used only after your regular free ones run out, and they expire 10 days after you earn them, so spend them while they're fresh. Signups that never actually practise don't count — we reward real applicants joining the pool, not empty accounts.

Referral rewards are a goodwill bonus, offered at our discretion and subject to our terms, which may change at any time.

Practise with friends you know

You also get a personal room link. Anyone who taps it jumps straight into a free live mock interview with you — you take turns interviewing each other through real MMI stations. It's reusable, so drop it in your Instagram / TikTok bio, your group chat, or your premed Discordand friends can start a session with you anytime.
