This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. Universal MMI is operated by MSC Medical.
Account & profile: your name, email, phone number, avatar, professions, target schools, region and timezone.
Session data: text transcripts of your answers, plus your scores and feedback. We do NOT record or store the video or audio of your sessions.
Usage data: basic logs needed to operate and secure the Service.
To match you with suitable practice partners; to generate scores, feedback and progress analytics; to send you reminders by SMS/email; to operate, secure and improve the Service; and to enforce our Terms.
We do not record or store the video or audio of your practice sessions — live video and audio are transmitted in real time only and are not saved by us. We process the text transcript of your answers with automated/AI systems (including third-party AI providers) to generate your scores and feedback. Your data is never used to train any AI model — neither ours nor any third party’s.
Your full legal name is never shared with other users. Only your initials and high-level details (e.g., profession, region) are visible to a matched partner. Reports you submit are private and reviewed only by our team.
We share limited data with trusted processors who help run the Service — for example real-time video (Daily / LiveKit), AI scoring (Anthropic), SMS (Twilio) and our database/auth/storage (Supabase). They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy obligations.
We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. You can delete your account at any time from Account settings; we will delete or anonymize your personal data, except where we must retain limited records to comply with law or resolve disputes.
You can access and edit your profile, and delete your account, from Account settings. Depending on your jurisdiction you may have additional rights (access, correction, deletion, portability). Contact us to exercise them.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure. Please keep your login credentials confidential.
The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
We may update this policy and will post changes here with a new “last updated” date.
