These terms govern your use of Universal MMI (the “Service”), operated by MSC Medical. By creating an account you agree to them. Please read them carefully.
By creating an account, accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Universal MMI is a practice platform for Multiple Mini Interview (MMI) preparation. It lets you practise live with other applicants and with an AI interviewer, and provides scores and feedback on a physician-calibrated rubric.
Scores, percentiles and any acceptance-probability estimates are modelling estimates for practice purposes only. They reflect interview performance alone, do not account for your full application (GPA, test scores, references, etc.), and are not predictions, guarantees, or admissions advice. We do not guarantee any admissions or career outcome.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
Practice sessions are conducted live, by video and audio, with other real applicants or an AI interviewer. We do not record or store the video or audio of your sessions — they are transmitted in real time only. Only a text transcript of your answers is processed by automated/AI systems to generate scores and feedback, and your data is never used to train any AI model.
Treat other participants with respect. Your full legal name is never shown to other users — only your initials are public.
You agree not to: harass, threaten, demean or discriminate against other users; record, screenshot or redistribute a session or another user’s likeness outside the Service; share another user’s personal information; impersonate anyone; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
You may not copy, resell or redistribute our scenarios, rubric or other content.
You can report another user from within a session or your session history. We may review reports and, at our discretion, warn, suspend or permanently remove accounts that violate these Terms or our community standards.
All scenarios, the scoring rubric, software, branding and other content are owned by MSC Medical / Universal MMI and protected by law. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own interview preparation only.
Some features may require payment in the future. Any fees, billing terms and refund policy will be disclosed at the point of purchase and incorporated into these Terms.
The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any estimate is accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MSC Medical / Universal MMI is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any admissions, academic or career outcome.
Universal MMI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any university, medical school, or other admissions program. References to any school are for informational and educational purposes only, and reflect the training or credentials of individual faculty and content contributors — not an institutional partnership.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
